Develop, test and write original recipes across cuisines for our members-only library.

We are looking for an experienced recipe developer to join the team building our recipe library. You will own dishes from concept through repeated testing and final write-up, working closely with the test kitchen to make sure every recipe is reliable, clearly written and genuinely worth cooking.

You should have several years of professional recipe development or restaurant experience, a portfolio of published or tested recipes, and the rare ability to write instructions a first-time cook can follow. Comfort cooking across a range of cuisines is essential, as is a healthy respect for the home kitchen and its constraints.

This is a full-time remote role open to candidates based in the United States. We offer competitive pay, a generous equipment and ingredient budget, and a small team that cares a great deal about getting the details right.

Cross-test recipes for accuracy, timing and clarity before they reach members.

As a test kitchen cook, you are the last line of defense between a draft recipe and a member\'s dinner. You will cook recipes exactly as written, flag anything ambiguous, time each step, and help refine instructions until they work every time.

We are looking for someone with kitchen experience, a meticulous eye for detail, and the discipline to follow a recipe literally rather than fixing it on instinct. You will work on-site at our Jacksonville test kitchen alongside the development and photography teams.

Shoot honest, appetizing photography of finished dishes and technique steps.

We photograph food the way it actually looks when you cook it, and we are looking for a photographer who shares that philosophy. You will shoot finished dishes and step-by-step technique images that are beautiful and true to the recipe.

The ideal candidate has a strong food or product photography portfolio, comfort with natural and studio lighting, and the speed to capture a dish at its peak before it cools. Basic styling instincts and easy collaboration with cooks are a big plus.

This is an on-site full-time role at our Jacksonville studio, with equipment provided and real creative ownership of how the library looks.

Grow and retain our membership through honest, useful campaigns.

We want a marketer who can grow the membership without ever making a promise the recipes cannot keep. You will own acquisition and retention campaigns across email and the site, run experiments, and help shape how we talk about what membership offers.

You should have several years of subscription or lifecycle marketing experience, comfort with analytics, and clear, warm writing. Experience in food, media or subscription products is welcome but not required.

This is a full-time remote position for US-based candidates, with competitive compensation and a team that values substance over hype.

Answer member questions and turn them into better recipes and guides.

Our members write to us constantly, and those questions are one of our best sources of ideas. As community coordinator you will answer member email with warmth and expertise, spot recurring themes, and route them to the culinary team.

We are looking for someone with excellent written communication, genuine enthusiasm for cooking, and the patience to help a nervous first-timer through a tricky step. Prior community or support experience is a plus.

This is a part-time remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who loves both people and food.

Build and maintain the site, search and membership platform.

You will help build the platform behind the library: fast search across tens of thousands of recipes, a smooth membership and checkout flow, and the tools our culinary team uses to publish. We care about performance, accessibility and clean, maintainable code.

We are looking for an engineer comfortable across the stack, with solid experience in PHP and SQL, an eye for good database design, and empathy for the people using what you build. Experience with search and content platforms is a plus.
