This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for memberships and store orders from Lantern Kitchen Recipes (LANTERNLIGHT DIGITAL LLC).
Store orders
Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will provide instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Memberships
Membership fees are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, membership fees already paid are non-refundable, though we are happy to review individual circumstances.
