Membership and billing
Some recipes are available only to members. Membership is offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on the Membership page, in USD. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable.
You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
Orders and the store
Store orders are subject to availability and to the prices and shipping terms shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if it appears fraudulent or was listed in error.
Intellectual property
The recipes, text, images and design on the site are owned by LANTERNLIGHT DIGITAL LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may cook from and print recipes for personal use, but you may not republish, resell or redistribute our content without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." We work hard to test our recipes, but we cannot guarantee particular results, and you are responsible for safe food handling and for any dietary or allergy considerations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LANTERNLIGHT DIGITAL LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
