Method
Step by step
- Cook the noodles a touch under, rinse, and toss with a drop of oil so they stay loose.
- Heat the pan until it just smokes, then flash the garlic, ginger and scallion.
- Sear the protein hard, add the vegetables, and keep everything in motion.
- Fold the noodles back in with the sauce and toss until every strand is coated.
